Erfan Zamani

Erfan, 23, was from Lahijan.

He was shot dead on 3 November by security agents. According to the witnesses, the security agents left his wounded body unattended until he lost his life.

They took his body hostage, not allowing it to be sent to the hospital. His family was threatened not to announce his funeral.

Despite that, many people gathered for his burial ceremony on 7 November.

People had put flowers on the spot he was killed the day before the funeral. His image with Ali Karimi, the Iranian football star, received massive attention on social media.
