Adam Michnik’s letters from prison

Adam Michnik, a founder of the Polish Solidarity movement, was imprisoned for his political beliefs numerous times. In these essays, written between 1973 and 1984, he emphasizes the importance of personal integrity when confronting an immoral political regime. Tavaana has translated into Persian the forward/preface and chapter one of Letters from Prison.
